Trust and compliance
Every claim on this page has a document behind it
Certifications we hold, the way the work is actually controlled, and the figures we can produce paperwork for. Nothing else.
Documents we hold
Each of these is a certificate or a letter, issued by the authority named against it, and available for a tender submission.
- CertificateQFS Management Systems LLP
ISO 9001:2015, certified and in scope
The registration is not a general quality badge. Its scope names the work: indigenisation of engineering and defence equipment and spare parts through reverse engineering, machining of engineering components, maintenance of equipment, marine services, and the design and development of control systems. If a requirement falls inside that scope, it is covered by a certified quality system rather than by a promise.
- CertificateTSSPDCL / GENCO
Registered vendor for 11 KV installation and distribution
Registration with the Telangana distribution utility and the generation corporation is what allows the firm to take transformer installation and distribution work directly rather than as a subcontractor. The 33 KV upgrade has been applied for and is not yet granted, and is described that way everywhere on this site.
- CertificateIndian Navy
Appreciation from the Indian Navy for indigenisation delivered on time
A letter of appreciation for indigenisation projects completed to schedule. It is a commendation for work delivered, not an empanelment, and it is worth more read that way: schedule is the thing this buyer is actually exposed to.
How the work is controlled
A certificate says a quality system exists. This is what it does on a job, and every line of it is traceable to the scope of that registration or to the capability descriptions on this site.
- Practice
Four inspection points before anything leaves
Quality control on a one-off part cannot be sampling, because there is no batch to sample. It is a sequence every item passes: material checked in against the requirement, dimensional check against the drawing, finish applied to the specified scheme, final inspection before dispatch.
- Practice
A worn part is measured, not copied
Reverse engineering has one failure mode that matters: reproduce a worn item faithfully and you reproduce its wear. Which dimensions are functional is decided before anything is cut, and the item goes back onto a drawing so the next one is made from a specification rather than from the last one.
- Practice
Feasibility, method and schedule agreed in writing first
Nothing is manufactured before three answers are on paper: whether the requirement can be met, how it will be met, and the date that can be held to. It is the stage that makes the schedule a commitment rather than an estimate.
- Practice
Protective and paint schemes applied to ISO standards
On marine work the finish is the part that fails first, and it fails a year after handover rather than at inspection. Schemes are applied to the standard the contract specifies rather than to whatever is in the shop.
- Practice
Support does not stop at handover
Annual maintenance and service support runs through sales and service engineers placed across the country, rather than every call routing back to the registered office.
Figures we can evidence
These are the numbers the firm can produce documentation for. They are the same figures published on the home page, and larger ones were available to write.
- Record
Trading since 2014, under the same management
The firm was founded in 2014 by its managing director, who had eighteen years in defence, steel manufacturing and the power sector before it. Marine and defence work began in 2015, power distribution in 2018.
- Record
Ninety five projects, fifteen organisations, fifty qualified staff
These are the figures the firm can produce documentation for, and they are the same three figures published on the home page. Larger numbers were available to write and are not here for that reason.
The document
The registration itself. Its scope is the part worth reading: it names the work covered, which is what decides whether a given requirement falls inside a certified quality system or outside it.
