How the work runs
The stages specific to this discipline. The firm-wide sequence, from enquiry through to support after handover, is on the home page.
Tender or requirement study
Government turnkey work starts with the tender document and industrial work starts with the plant's requirement. Either way the study happens before the price, not after it.
Site survey and method
Ground conditions, access and the working window are established on site. On operating plants the working window is usually the binding constraint.
Programme agreed against the client's milestones
The schedule is set against the dates the client is exposed to, whether that is a government milestone or a plant shutdown.
Execution with directly employed staff
Construction proceeds with the firm's own qualified staff rather than through a chain of labour subcontractors, which is what keeps the method statement and the work in the same hands.
Quality checks at each stage
Materials checked in against the requirement and work inspected at each stage rather than only at completion, since civil work cannot be inspected once it is covered.
Handover and defect liability
Handed over with the documentation the contract requires, and supported through the defect liability period.
Technical expertise
- Government turnkey projects, including for the Government of Andhra Pradesh
- Industrial building construction for steel and pharmaceutical plants
- Work inside operating plants, planned around shutdown windows
- Directly employed qualified construction staff
- The discipline the firm was founded on in 2014
What you get
- A contractor that has closed government turnkey work
- Turnkey delivery for a state government is a different exercise from private construction, mostly in documentation and inspection. It has been done here before.
- Work planned around a live plant
- Industrial building work is programmed against the plant's shutdown window rather than against the contractor's convenience.
- The same firm for the electrical scope
- Where a building needs distribution, transformers or cabling, that scope sits with the same firm under one contract.

Questions
- Have you delivered government turnkey projects?
- Yes, including for the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Turnkey work for a government client is as much a documentation and inspection exercise as a construction one, and it has been done here before.
- Can you build inside a plant that is still running?
- Yes. Industrial building work is programmed against the plant's shutdown window and its access restrictions rather than against our own convenience, which is the constraint that decides the schedule on a live site.
