About this form
- Why does the form not give me a price?
- Because it would be wrong. A one-off is priced against the item, and until somebody has measured it or seen the site, any figure a form produced would be a guess in the expensive direction. What the form does tell you is when you will hear back and what we need before a real number is possible.
- What file types can I attach?
- PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP, IGES and STL, along with photographs and a zip of several. A photograph of the part or of a title block is a perfectly normal attachment here.
- Is what I upload kept confidential?
- Uploads are stored privately and are visible only to the engineers handling your enquiry. They are not published, indexed or shared. Where a requirement needs a non-disclosure agreement in place first, say so and send the drawing afterwards.
